Join Eastside Community Network and Southwest Detroit Environmental Vision to hear results from a District 4 study on truck traffic and air quality. Using truck-counting cameras and air quality monitors placed on residential streets, the study highlights how trucking affects neighborhood health.
We’ll also share background on Detroit’s trucking issues and ways you can support a truck route ordinance with your City Council representative and at City Council meetings.

Ozone Townhall
At the April ECAC meeting we will learn more about ozone pollution and how it's impacting us. . We are calling on the state to meet their deadline of May 1 to create a mitigation plan and engaging our membership in a vote about a potential lawsuit to make the state act to protect our health.
