Director & Assistant Director of Stoudamire Wellness Hub
ECN is seeking a Director or Assistant Director for the Stoudamire Wellness Hub (SWH), depending on the experience and leadership capacity of the selected candidate. This role supports the next chapter of ECN's signature wellness facility, ensuring that operations, inclusion, and empowerment. The Director will provide strategic oversight, staff leadership, and high-level partnership management. The Assistant Director will manage day-to-day operations, coordination, and systems implementation. Both roles are ideal for candidates who are systems-minded, community-centered, and skilled at creating structure that helps people thrive.

Assistant Director of Environmental Justice
ECN is seeking an Assistant Director or Assistant Director of Environmental Justice. The Assistant Director of Environmental Justice is responsible for overseeing efforts to improve the community’s response and support for vulnerable residents in climate and other emergencies through the Resilient Eastside Initiative (REI). Responsibilities include improving the Stoudamire Wellness Hub’s functioning as a resilience hub, overseeing community education and alerts during community emergencies, coordinating communication and support services with REI and other city of Detroit providers. In this role the assistant director will also work to advance projects that promote awareness of climate and environmental justice related issues, build neighborhood capacity to address climate impacts, and increase the social connectedness and climate preparedness across eastside neighborhoods.

Data & Community Engagement Specialist
The Data and Community Engagement Specialist is a full-time position responsible for strengthening how we track, analyze, and share the impact of our programs with the community and stakeholders. This position is responsible for managing ECN’s program data systems, developing clear and meaningful reports, and creating opportunities for feedback that ensure programs reflect and respond to community needs.
