Mayor Mary Sheffield is launching the boldest, most inclusive transition in Detroit’s history. The Eastside Community Network (ECN) is a member of one of Rise Higher’s community partner organizations and we have seen how Mayor Mary Sheffield is committed to putting our residents at the center of shaping what comes next. A critical first step is hearing from residents from every corner of Detroit about the city’s priorities. The Rise Higher team launched a community survey to do just that.
