The ECN Community Mobility Grant Program will award grants of up to $10,000 to resident-identified community mobility projects on Detroit’s eastside that work to:

Reduce pollution and/or offer climate friendly transportation options

Contribute to ECN’s equitable and resilient neighborhood initiatives

Contribute to safe and accessible transportation solutions

Program Eligibility

This grant program is open to Detroit residents, block clubs, non-profits, neighborhood organizations, and recreational organizations.

Priority will be given to:

• Community Resilience Hubs on the Eastside

• Members of the Good Stock Neighborhood

• Projects benefitting eastside communities that lack access to safe, affordable, accessible transportation and mobility options
